Industrial picks are heavy, awkward, and surrounded by things you cannot hit. A press, a dust collector, or a tank has to come through a roof opening or over a rack line with inches to spare. We plan the lift from your drawings, bring the rigging the load calls for, and work inside your permit, lockout, and safety program.

One Crane, One Operator, One Plan
Your maintenance lead gets one operator who has read the lift plan, signed in at the gate, and sat through the safety briefing. We work with your millwrights and riggers on the sequence, confirm the load weight against the chart before every pick, and keep the outage moving.
Operated crane service and rigging. The crane arrives with its operator, and when you need it our crew handles slings, spreader bars, and the ground side of the set. Tell us what you are picking and we match the machine to it.
All of Iowa from one yard at 1520 Hwy 22 in Wellman, with no radius cap. We also cross the river regularly for jobs in western Illinois and northeast Missouri. Multi-day sets anywhere in that range are scheduled as one booking.
Four cranes: a National NBT40-1 boom truck, a 60 ton Link-Belt, a Link-Belt HTC-8690 truck crane with 140 feet of main boom, and a Kobelco CK1100G crawler that reaches 250 feet with jib. Each one is inspected on a schedule and has its load chart in the cab.

The operator clears your gate and orientation, sets up on the agreed spot, and works the picks with your riggers on the ground.
Set And Signed Off
Each load is released only when your lead confirms it is landed. We clear the site so production can restart on time.

Yes. Roof openings are a common way in and out of a plant. We plan the radius to reach the opening from outside the building and use tag lines to guide the load through.
